BS484 and 485 are two Combi-Steam ovens of the brand Gaggenau, made of stainless steel-backed with handle-free full glass doors that open by a simple touch of the TFT touch display and integrated cleaning system.
The handle-free doors proudly protrude from the wall and are opened by a simple touch of the intuitive TFT touch display. This combi-steam oven is 76 cm wide with a fixed inlet and outlet water connection. Its five humidity levels and temperatures of up to 230 °C, enable it to do just about everything: steaming, baking, simmering, braising, regenerating, extracting juice, as well as grilling and browning. Thanks to accurate temperature regulation, food can even be cooked sous-vide. The latest innovation: a fully automatic cleaning system that can be easily operated at the push of a button.
