Antechinus is a knife by the modern and minimal design characterized by its particular shape that recalls a cheese slice and its curved that draws an handle by the sensual lines, giving to the knife balance and beauty. Furthermore, the sharpening on both sides of the blade allows to use it with any cheese type.
