Caboche is a floor lamp designed by Patricia Urquiola and Eliana Gerotto for Foscarini. composed by spheres of polymetylmetacrylate, transparent or gold yellow. A screen in white satinized blown glass guarantees maximum diffusion of light and prevents glare. A solid base is provided by the original design of the stem.Caboche is the contemporary version of the sparkling crystal chandeliers of Italian glassmaking tradition. Interpreted with irony and elegance through a hanging lamp which combines the chandelier icon with the one of the jewel.
