David Chipperfield models this moka from an 11-sided polygon. While maintaining a classic and familiar shape, it manages to make this moka innovative by introducing some details that significantly increase the functionality of the object. The flat lid in fact allows you to heat the cup while the moka is on the fire, thus allowing you to savor the coffee in the best possible condition. To position the cup on the lid, the knob for lifting it has been brought closer to the handle, which allows you to use only one hand to pour the coffee safely.
