Shimmer Oval Low Table
Shimmer is the series of tables designed by Patricia Urquiola for the  brand Glas Italia.
Games of lights and colors are reflected in this table by circular, simple geometries. Patricia Urquiola creates tables in laminated and glued glass  with a special iridescent  multi-chromatic finish, the color of which varies depending on the angle of incidence of light and the observation point. The result is magical and ethereal-looking objects.
Little marks, irregularity or non-homogeneous coloring are intrinsic factors of the spacial material used.
