Mexique is the dining table designed between 1938 and 1939 by Charlotte Perriand for Cassina. The project was conceived for the students’ rooms in the Maison du Mexique at the Cité Internationale Universitaire in Paris, but still today it can satisfy every need of contemporary living.Mexique is a sinuous, elegant piece whose organic, asymmetrical shape lends tasteful decor to any design project. Its particular triangular shape with rounded corners is designed to occupy as little space as possible, the triangular section legs in matt anthracite-colored folded sheet metal give lightness to the product. The high thickness of the solid wood top, with its rounded edges, conveys solidity and beauty. In this version: top in Black Stained Oak and Matt Anthracite legs
