Available in different sizes.TheArbor table is a fascinating piece of furniture thanks to its symmetrical lines enhanced by this fantastic material, teak: natural teak is an ideal wood for outdoor furniture not only for its sustainability, beauty and character, but also for its durability. Its very high oil content prevents decay and insect infestation. The teak used by Janus et Cie is kiln-dried before being processed into furniture. This process helps stabilise the moisture content of teak; however, when exposed to sun and water, teak oils escape over time, causing the colour of the wood to change from its warm natural tone to an equally beautiful weathered grey. Changes in moisture content can cause small cracks to appear, also known as season breaks. None of these changes are a defect in the material, nor do they affect the structural integrity of the wood. Arbor is part of a richly designed furniture collection where every detail is well cared for.
