Bastone Madia was designed by Antrei Hartikainen for Poiat, a brand based in Helsinki that produces furniture of great elegance.The Scandinavian tradition of furniture production focuses on its durability, thanks to the careful selection of the best woods, and on a simple but attractive look that is contemporary but also retro. This is also the case for the creations of Antrei Hartikainen, an award-winning designer from Poiat, who has chosen a durable wood and an essential style for his Bastone Madia. For the Bastone collection, Antrei was inspired by the sun rays filtering through the trees in the woods. He wanted to reproduce this play of light and shadow by placing vertical elements around the perimeter of this lightweight sideboard, allowing the natural light in your living room to filter through undisturbed.Oak sideboard with rounded edges and alternating parallel perimeter elements.
