Bookcase D.357.2 Gio Ponti
Designed by Gio Ponti for Molteni & C, D.357.2 is a bookcase made from shaped multi-layered material with elm veneer, partly with natural transparent finish, partly handpainted in white.
Designed in 1956-1957, the bookcase is part of the furniture of Gio Ponti’s private house in Via Dezza in Milan. This re-edition is produced based on the original drawings from the Gio Ponti Archives. It is smaller than D.357.1 bookcase but always capacious and refined. You will love this bookcase and its clean and elegant lines - it comes from the past but always proves to be contemporary.
The bookcases can be enhanced by the addition of a framed mirror.
