Chair No. 140
Chair No 140 is inspired by a design from 1956, which was relaunched by Bernh. Pedersen & Søn in 2019. The Danish furniture manufacturer has a long and solid tradition in furniture and cabinet-making, dating back to 1902.Chair No 140 is light and elegant, characterised by a woven paper rope backrest, reminiscent of nature and warming to everyday life. A piece of furniture with beautiful clean lines and timeless charm, in which the harmony of the parts dominates and the delicacy of the line makes it suitable for a variety of interiors and styles. Chair 140 combines 1950s design with contemporary living. Solid wood dining chair with an oiled finish, choice of oak or walnut. Laminated veneer back with hand-woven natural Danish paper cord. Seat in upholstered laminated veneer, covered in black Ultra leather from Sørensen Leather. Made in Denmark, each piece is numbered. Seat height: 45 cm.
