In 1930 Alfonso Bialetti founds Bialetti Brand, creating “moka express” project; today is one of the most common espresso machine in the world. In 2011 spring, Alessi starts a collaboration with David Chipperfied who had to give a tribute to Bialetti himself, designing a new moka for Alessi.
