Creek is a coffee table produced by the Alcarol brand. It is made from slabs of European larch, a centuries-old tree native to the Alps.The larch is a remarkable tree that can withstand extreme temperatures of up to -50 °C. Sometimes, this courageous mountain tree grows in impervious locations, facing repeated avalanches and heavy snow loads. This tenacity is reflected in the slabs used for the table, which have numerous nodules resulting from the breaking off of the larch's branches. These nodules are clearly visible in the design of the coffee table, giving it a unique and distinctive character. Alcarol preserves the beauty of this extraordinary wood by freezing the trunk in time through the use of transparent resin, thus making this coffee table a unique piece of design.
