Firuzabad Rame belongs to the unique and original collection Memories, designed for Golran by Florentine artist Isabella Sodi.
Suspended between past and future, Firuzabad Rame is characterised by a powerful emotional impact. Its colors are balanced with elegance, never “gaudy”, but barely whispered. Among them, the nuances of red, which go from coral to terracotta up to the golden hues of amber and topaz. The shades are clear and opalescent in the brilliance of silk; with the depth conveyed by a matt finish on wool; naturally imperfect in undyed wools and intentionally imperfect in the handcrafted abrash effect.The artist’s collection for Golran, Memories, includes all the beautiful colors and suggestions from the natural world and comprises few carpets charged with a powerful emotional impact and anchored to tradition, starting from the production site - Nepal - where the most important “carpet making tool” is experience.
