This cutlery is born from the common passion for refined simplicity, the quality of materials and the beauty and harmony for the presentation. It is a recognized instrument of the restaurant Guy Savoy, used to present and serve the salad. The special shape of artichoke leaf, peculiar ingredient of Savoy maison, attributes to this special instrument a function not only aesthetic, but also ergonomic.
