Pastis Table was designed by Julien Renault for Hay. Reminiscent of classic bistro tables, the French designer creates solid wood furniture that is an example of fine craftsmanship.Pastis Table has a silhouette immediately reminiscent of the bohemian ambience of French bistros, but reinterpreted in a graphic key. The use of wood and the sharp rendering of contours and curves speak of its solidity, of the strength of the wood used, which has been selected and treated to last over the years. The appearance is essential and decisive but absolutely versatile, given the selection of finishes that allow for the most varied combinations: exposed wood with its grain lends itself more to warm environments with a natural or retro charm, while the lacquered models are more suitable for informal environments or those requiring more lively contrasts.
