RD Grid Berber Rug by Amini is the brainchild of Milanese architect and designer Rodolfo Dordoni, inspired by the ancient carpet-making techniques of nomadic peoples.RD Grid Berber Rug recounts the ancestral tradition of Berber carpets, perfectly blending ethnicity and contemporaneity. Straight lines and geometries alternate with free fringes and the curve of the perimeter, creating an essential composition with minimalist taste. Antiquity manifests itself in the craftsmanship handed down through generations, contemporaneity in the extremely versatile style perfect for urban contexts. Hand-knotted, washed, chiselled and finished rug (50,000 knots ⁄ m2). Fleece composition: 100% premium wool blend. Two widths of shaved pile, maximum height 2 cm. Fringed. Made in India.
