Ribbon Chair is an armchair signed by the great designer Pierre Paulin for the Artifort brand. A classic of international design for more than 50 years.
Designed way back in 1966, the Ribbon Chair still attracts grants to its timeless charm. A ribbon of fabric folds to follow the shape of the body and hug comfortably. The ribbon is equipped with a metal frame with horizontal springs covered with foam rubber and stretch fabric, while the base structure is in pressed wood lacquered in different shades. The ribbon is exhibited at the ‘National Gallery of Victoria’ in Melbourne and at the ‘ Museum of Modern Art ‘in NewYork.
