Supernova Chandelier in Transparent Resin
"Supernova" was designed by the Italian artist Jacopo Foggini in polycarbonate, using an innovative technique in which he forms a 280 degree fired wire by hand and twists the material into a labyrinth of delicately intertwined matter.
Through this meticulous work, the artist expresses his sculptural qualities and as Foggini says "so there is no possibility of any error or, perhaps one could say, there is an intentional and recurring error like any bright star ever made before. "
