Ulo Herbchopper is designed by Jacob Leth-Espensen for Zone Denmark Brand.
The gentle cutting motion of the Ulo is both soft and efficient without lifting the blade from the board. The matching chopping board in hardened ash features an elegant, slightly concave cutting area that collects finely cut herbs, chopped onions or nuts. When turned upside down, the back serves as a normal cutting board.
